Well‑Being Day Houston is a retreat‑style community gathering designed for community champions to model self‑care, reduce stigma, and build connection across underserved, multicultural and immigrants and refugee communities in Greater Houston. The day brings together wellness activities, creative expression, resource sharing, speaker sessions, and culturally diverse food and music to foster joy, resilience, and trust.
