Aisha’s work centers culturally responsive care, community resilience, and sustainable healing, with a deep commitment to strengthening individuals and systems that support collective well-being. She creates spaces where care providers and community leaders can reflect, restore, and reconnect.

Dr. Banu’s work centers self-compassion and trauma-informed clinical care, grounded in dignity, cultural humility, and long-term healing for individuals and communities impacted by crisis and displacement.
